We are seeking a skilled Principal Process Engineer to join the team at our Corporate Office, in Brookwater.
This role will be a key influence across our coal mining operations and projects. You will provide technical support to operations with regards to processing optimization, custodian of group processing standards, monitor key performance indicators, and manage processing requirements for capital projects.
To be successful in this position you will:
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships;
- Uphold high ethical standards and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations;
- Identify and implement improvement initiatives;
- Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite, in particular LIMN and relevant processing software and;
- have highly regarded business acumen.
Applicants with relevant tertiary qualifications will be viewed favorably.

New Hope Group is currently seeking a Senior Landholder & Community Coordinator to lead the New Acland Landholder and Community team based in the Oakey area.
Your energy, self-motivation and strong relationship building skills will see you succeed in this challenging role. Familiarity with the Oakey and Toowoomba region is advantageous.
As the Senior Landholder & Community Coordinator, you will:
- Build strong relationships with landholders and local community;
- Assist in the preparation of processes and frameworks for use in site level activities; and
- Provide internal advice so landholders and community are considered in business decision making
We are seeking an experienced Senior Landholder and Community Coordinator to work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders. Prior landholder engagement experience is essential, ideally within the mining or resource industry.

New Hope Group is currently seeking a Junior Surveyor to join the team at the Jeebropilly Mine site. This role will provide opportunities to learn and further your skills via a wide variety of survey tasks and an opportunity for existing workers or graduates in civil or cadastral streams. If you are looking for an opportunity in the mining industry, this is a perfect job for you. Flexibility within the working week may also be possible if undertaking study.
Based at our Jeebropilly Mine site some of the duties you will undertake are:
- Provide general field survey support and communicate outcomes to respective departments
- Drill and blast coordination through drill pattern survey, design and pattern set out
- Support in design and verification of haul road construction, ramps, batters and crests
- Coordinate field control for rehabilitation designs and projects
- Develop and monitor drainage control measures across mining areas.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience using survey software
- A good attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Degree level qualifications in Surveying or equivalent is preferred however not essential
